Last year I was able to visit Costa Brava on the northeastern shores of Spain. I have to say, I was having a nostalgic moment when Facebook brought up memories from last year’s trip. For today’s Wordless Wednesday, I thought I would share some other photos that did not make it into blog posts. Enjoy these lovely pictures of Costa Brava Spain!
Girona
In 2015 when I attended my first TBEX in Costa Brava, at the end of the conference we were excited to find out that Girona would be featured in Season 6 of Game of Thrones. It was pretty exciting to see the Cathedral of St. Mary of Girona on screen.
Barcelona
Lloret del Mar, Costa Brava
We were in Lloret de Mar for the #TBEXCostaBrava conference. I had never been to Spain and this was my first foray to La Costa Brava. This part of Spain butts up to France and is home to the Catalan people, culture and language. You will see signs predominantly written in Catalan but you will be fine speaking Spanish anywhere.
Situated on Passeig de les Palmeres, it is an exact copy of the popular fountain of the same name located on the Rambles in Barcelona.
Tossa de Mar, Costa Brava
I fell in love with Spain and hope to go back sometime soon. The Mediterranean Sea calls my name. The food, the people, the country is extraordinary and I have missed out on too many things.

It’ѕ an awesome aгticle for travel in Spain; I’ll take advantage from it I am sure.
What a gorgeous place! I loved going on trips as a kid but they seem more amazing now as an adult. I assume it’s the appreciation of the beauty of the places more than the excitement of going on the trip itself?
Jason. It was an amazing trip. I can hardly wait to go back. Thanks for dropping by.
