The weekend after Mother’s Day I am headed to my hometown (and favourite Canadian haunt) Montreal to connect up with my Beaconsfield High School friends. BHS is having another ‘All Years’ reunion and its going to be fun.
I went to the last one five years ago and had a blast. The good thing about having a reunion is that you get to revisit the old stompin’ grounds, see some old friends and have more then a few good laughs. The school is on the West Island (the suburbs of Montreal) but I am also hoping to stay downtown and take in some shopping, have a great meal and tour my alma mater – McGill University. The Omni Montreal is conveniently located across the street. I stay there a few years back and loved that my room overlooked the Bronfman Building & McLennan-Redpath Library right on campus.
I am hoping to stay in May and I’ll be able to tell you more about The Omni Mount Royal (Montreal, QU, Canada) then!
