My mother-in-law is a women of many talents: she’s a great cook, a perfect hostess and a generous grandmother and MIL.
Every since I have know her, she has worked on some sort of art project.  She has made some beautiful keepsake quilts for our children and Christmas stockings to die for but she has now taken up sketching with charcoal (or that’s what I think it is).
These are three pieces, that she has completed, are proudly displayed in her home.  The photos do not do the her talents justice.  I hope you enjoy the beautiful art that she has created.

  1. Oh my goodness, your mother-in-law is so talented! How wonderful that she always has a project on the go. I hope I’m still full of energy when I’m old enough to be someone’s MIL. 🙂 Following you on Pinterest now too, Margarita. 🙂

  2. Oh my goodness, these are stunning! My grandmother was an artist and all my siblings have amazing talents, but my artistic skills lie in words, not pictures. I can only dream of creating something like this!

  3. Beautiful! She is very talented and those pieces are incredible!
(The first subject looks like the seagull that flew away with an easter egg during our egg hunt one year). 🙂 Again, incredible talent! Thanks for sharing!
