In April my daughter attended her prom with a group of girlfriends. I was happy to see that these lovely girls wanted to attend a milestone event in their young lives. My daughter decided that she wanted a very vintage look.
We bought her dress in a vintage store and to be honest it need minor alterations. It was like it was made for her. I splurged on the shoes and she had her hair done in pin waves and her make-up was done professionally. She treated herself to getting her nails done and all in all she looked lovely. She was happy in her choice of dress, hair and make up. We were happy that she was happy.
