I don’t know about you but I feel like a slug… or maybe a sloth… whatever you define it as, I am feeling sluggish and overwhelmed after the holidays. I know I need to get back on the bandwagon to good health. Where does that begin? For me, and likely a lot of you, it begins with the food I eat, a good nights sleep and some exercise (alas, not one of my favourite things). I also need a bit of help to jump start 2013.
Last spring I started working with Vanessa Case, Registered Holistic Nutritionist because I was having trouble with my stomach. I was also having trouble sleeping. Little did I know that my eating schedule and what I was consuming were part of the problem. I found out, through her guided plan that I was not eating on a regular basis and that this drop in energy level was reeking havoc with my blood sugar. Low blood sugar = low energy = constant feeling of fatigue.

The first step that we took was a 10 Day Detox that help bring my body into a cleaner, healthier state. Through this process, she provides “daily guidance, meal plans, recipes, a grocery list & lifestyle recommendations” to help you. The most important part for me was the support and daily encouragement that you get through emails and videos. This means that you don’t have to be IN London to get her help. That is the beauty of this program!

I feel sluggish and sloth like too!I could certainly use some help with feeling more energetic, this may just be the ticket!
I’ve never done a detox but I probably need it with all the junk I consumed over the holidays. Hope it makes you feel better.
I have been in detox mode since January 1st. My body desperately has been in need of it.
