Planning my life in 2013–Quo Vadis Product Review

Sharing is caring!

This is my favourite time of year – I get to choose a new planner for the start of a brand new fresh year.  Last year I had loved using the Minister Prestige.  This year I have partnered yet again with Quo Vadis to bring you a product review of a few of their wonderful products.
I had a choice of both size and format and I wanted to show you some of my options:

The smallest in my package (but not for all the agendas – you may want to try an IB Traveler for a pocket size version), is the Executive.  It is a square agenda with a week-in-review layout.  It has enough room for memos. Compact but effective.  This version came in a beautiful hot pink textured-leather-like version.

Below is the Hebdo planning.  It is in my favourite size 6 1/4 “x 9 1/2” (16 x 24 cm).  It is a week-in-review layout.  The difference is that it has small areas to write without specific times.  This a great if you have just a few appointments a day or need a reminder.  It is one of my friends favourite layout (Merry Christmas to you!).

The President is the largest of the agenda, it is 8 1/4 “x 10 3/4” (21×27 cm).  The size let you write A LOT so if you are one who takes detailed notes, this is the one for you.  It is laid out in a week-in-review format.  I have a few professional organizer friends that love this to keep track of all their clients because they can write hour worked, supplies purchased etc. It keeps it all in one place…(Merry Christmas to you too).
The agenda that I have decided to use this year is the ABP1 Daily Planner. This agenda has a page-a-day layout. It give you PLENTY of room to write things down and then some! I have never used this layout before but I found myself needing more space for notes. What I would do is write in the weeks that had already passed.  This made it a bit hard to find the ‘notes’ that I needed. My only disappointment is that it only comes in a vinyl cover version.  Although very sturdy, I like the look of the synthetic (leather-like) cover.  It is more durable and looks great in the vibrant colours found in other models.

All Quo Vadis Planners/Agendas have the same useful pages:

  • A year-in-review calendar for current and next calendar year
  • World time zones
  • Country maps including capitals
  • Detachable address/phone compact phone books
  • Tear away page tabs (a signature feature)

If you know me at all, you know that I have been a big fan of Quo Vadis for years.  I love the layout, the feel of the silky-smooth pages (no really… silky smooth) and the versatile size.
I had the privilege of sharing my love of Quo Vadis with about 100 of my Professional Organizing colleagues as I hand out ‘presents’ at my National meeting in November.  They were so pleased to get an agenda too!  Thanks Quo Vadis Canada for your continued support and gifts.

Disclaimer: I have a partnership with Quo Vadis Canada and I have received planners for distribution and for review.  Please note that these are all my own opinions.

  1. I have switched back to paper from electrons. I use the Quo Vadis Note 27. I like the full page on the right for journaling. The yearly overview page helps me to identify scheduling conflicts in advance. The planner is sturdy and the paper quality is fantastic. Excellent product!

  2. I love the pink one best. I love the size of it, perfect for the office. I’ve never used a planner before and there seems to be quite a few options here to choose from. Thanks for sharing Margarita! 🙂

  3. Oh there are stylish and functional. I love the tear off corners so you can keep track of where you are very quickly. I have never had one with that feature. I’ll have to see if I can find these locally! Thanks for sharing!

  4. Oh my gosh, this looks absolutely amazing! I love the big spaces for each day; with my blog schedule I NEED something like this!

  5. Janet send me an email with your address and I’ll be happy to send one to you. I have s few extras from conference and would love for you to review it if you care to. Thanks for reading!

  6. Can you believe this is actually the hardest decision we make every year. Choosing a planner. I have found mine but Annette is having zero luck! Will have to find these bad boys and see if she likes them!

  7. I’ve always found Quo Vadis to produce some of the highest quality planners available, and I love that they offer so many options to meet the needs of just about everyone.
